"I switched to Mike due to terrible service I was receiving from my previous StateFarm agent in my home city; changes were getting made to my policy without my knowledge. Switching to Mike, I thought things were going to be okay since he was highly communicative about policy renewals and collecting payments. When things get serious though, he is impossible to get in touch with. I have been calling for 2 weeks and even had emails sent to receive no call back. When I do call in, I'm continually told he isn't available and then routed into the 1-800 customer service phone tree navigate prompts and have to explain my situation repeatedly. Repairs done to my vehicle a year ago are already falling apart. I went through a shop my previous agent highly recommended instead of using the place I had a previous positive experience with. I'm regretting that now, because StateFarm is just shrugging about whether or not that claim can be revisited for further repairs. The claims agent had ME track down the name of the glass repair place my previous agent recommended. The agent told me there was nothing in my records, but when I called someone else, I got "I don't know why they would say that, it's right here in your records". Now that I need a simple bumper piece fixed, I am getting the runaround again by StateFarm and the collision repair company. I pay for rental coverage and the SUGGESTED repair shop by StateFarm is stating they won't be able to make repairs within the timeframe allotted for the rental and that 40% of their cars are totaled. It's the corner of a bumper!!! Seriously?! It took the claims agent for this repair OVER A WEEK to take my call for a recorded statement about the accident. I still can't get Mike on the phone to get an idea of what to expect based on his experience. It's taking HOURS of my time trying to solve something all of these people are being paid to solve. It is unacceptable and this now seems the standard for StateFarm. "Like a good neighbor, StateFarm is there"?. LOL, apparently not. Response to Mike since Google does not allow a reply: I'm not worried about excuses for why you were so incredibly unhelpful and unavailable as an agent. The bottom line is I am a customer who pays for your services and I was more than patient in allowing you time to resolve them, let alone contact me back. In under 24h, another agent was able to make contact regarding the two claims and resolve the issues you sent me running around for 3 weeks over. Do better."

"Hannah Embrie and her team told me they would make me whole after their client rear ended me on the freeway. Instead, their payout leaves me with $6,000 left on my car payment, I'm still not affording specialist treatment for my traumatic brain injury, and I need to acquire a second car payment to afford a used car. Hannah Embrie is a very terrible agent. Person. Great liar. I was intimidated into retaining legal representation because State Farm's client pursued criminal charges against me, when they were the party that sped into my rear bumper, wedging my trunk shut, bending my frame, and destroying my rear lights. Hannah Embrie, and state farm as a whole, are a trash organization that is not at all concerned with your safety or the safety of your property. This is true, because I have experienced it."
